LEELA 1989- 2006Leela was born September 17, 1989. She was rescued during 1990 from an unhappy existence to live in comfort with Wendy. Leela gave birth to a beautiful litter of 4 Yorkie puppies in June of 1991, and Acadia (the littlest pup of that litter) is still with Wendy and Jim today. Always the "queen bee", Leela made sure her wishes and opinions were quite well known with a bit of a snort and a flick of her pony-tailed-head. Lee passed on September 6, 2006 with her family close by. She was much loved, and will be sorely missed. |
